Joey Barrington v Wael El Hindi (June 2006)

Many Thanks to Joey Barrington and Wael El Hindi who treated us to a memorable exhibition match with Wael winning 11-8 9-11 11-9 11-13 12-10 in 78 minutes.

Wael earlier played Nicholas Mulvey, Wael was 10-0 up in the first game when Nicholas won his first point after some long hard rallies, in the second game David Sciberras handed Wael a Grays Light Blue wooden racket which really made it interesting with Nicholas winning 6 points in that game.

Joey played Doug Sandford who gamely lost 11-7 11-7, Joey remarked afterwards that he hadn't seen such a deadly forehand like that for years!
